Compass Professional Counselors, LLC is a group practice dedicated to serving children, adolescents, parents, and families in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. We are strongly committed to the personal and professional growth of our clinicians. We are currently seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our growing practice.

We Are Looking For Clinicians Who…

  • Are enthusiastic about working with children and/or teens.
  • Are committed to providing clients with the best possible care and believe in continued education and supervision.
  • Have strong clinical skills. Experience with evidence-based treatment models or training in play therapy (RPT) is a plus.
  • Are team-players who will contribute to a warm, collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Have experience of providing mental health services to youth.
  • Available for a minimum of 6 clinical hours/week, working at least 2 days or evenings per week. Full-time opportunities are also available.

Position Description

  • Provide outpatient therapy to children and/or teens. There is some opportunity to work with young adults and occasionally with adult clients.
  • Psychologists may also provide diagnostic evaluations, which often involve evaluating for ADHD or making a differential diagnosis at the request of the family doctor. There is the potential to expand to psychological testing.
  • Proactive collaboration with schools, caseworkers, physicians, and other service providers.
  • Opportunities may exist for public speaking, facilitating groups or workshops, and other professional activities.
